Is our artist line-up for Tangi Street Art Festival 2026

Pinokibo is a street artist and illustrator from Cilacap, Central Java, known for his dark, shadowy, semi-realistic, and edgy character style. His work often explores living forms such as humans, animals, and nature, combined with imagination, fictional figures, and strong atmospheric patterns.

Active in street art since 2012, he started with brush and paint before expanding his practice by combining it with spray cans. His works can be found across various urban surfaces, from rolling doors and skateboards to trucks, electrical boxes, and street walls.

Through his visuals, Pinokibo expresses stories, emotions, and messages that are not always easy to say directly, resulting in works that feel intense, personal, and full of character.

Pinokibo was one of the invited artists for Tangi Street Art Festival 2026, held from 10–16 May 2026 in Glagalinggah, Kintamani, Bali, under the theme “Mulat Sarira,” a Balinese phrase that means to reflect upon oneself.

The 2026 edition invited artists to explore the relationship between personal reflection, community, and the environment. Through the act of creating in public space, the festival encouraged participants to look inward with honesty and awareness while considering how individual actions and expressions influence the world around them.

Set within the landscape of Kintamani, Tangi Street Art Festival 2026 transformed public spaces into places for artistic dialogue, cultural exchange, and shared reflection. Alongside mural creation, the festival included workshops, performances, educational programs, and community activities that connected artists with local residents and visitors throughout the week.
