Tangi Behind The Wall
17 April 2026
As part of the Road to Tangi Street Art Festival 2026, Behind The Wall is a pre-event discussion that opens space for conversation around current street art practices.
Titled “Reclaiming Space: Street Art and New Ways of Using Public Space,” this program looks at how artists engage with public space today. From murals and graffiti to collective actions and new media approaches such as video mapping, the discussion reflects on how different practices coexist and shape the way we experience the street.
Taking place in Denpasar, this session also connects with the local context, where artists and communities have been actively activating public spaces in both formal and informal ways.
